Privacy notice
Last updated 23 September 2026
This notice explains what happens to your details when you join the Stay Peckish waitlist. Short version: we only use them to tell you about the launch, we never sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who we are
Stay Peckish is responsible for your data (the “controller”). You can reach us at hello@staypeckish.com.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your referral code, and the code of whoever referred you, if you joined through a friend's link.
- Which sign-up form you used, and when you joined.
We do not ask for your name, address or payment details at this stage.
Why we use it
- To keep your place on the waitlist and work out your position, including any places you gain from referrals.
- To email you about the launch, early access and the launch price.
We rely on your consent, which you give by joining. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@staypeckish.com, and we will remove you.
Visitor statistics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and sign-ups. It does not use cookies and does not store personal information, so there is no cookie banner on this site.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores the waitlist database on servers in the EU (Paris).
- Vercel hosts the website and provides the visitor statistics.
They process data only on our instructions. We never sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while the waitlist is running and until you unsubscribe. If Stay Peckish does not launch, we will delete the waitlist within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or stop hearing from us. Just email hello@staypeckish.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
